Let me clear up what I meant when I asked "Where's the moderator" on the Chin Na Thread.
I didn't mean that one should come in and slap guys around for debating.
I didn't mean that yous guys was doin' anything wrong.
What I meant was that it is one of the duties as a moderator to either keep the discussion on track (i.e. follow the logic set by the original post) or split the discussion into a new thread.
I get tired of jumping in on a post about the History of Chinese grappling and reading posts about how Yip Man used to fight on rooftops.
The natural evolution of the conversations meander off on different aspects. I'm (yes ME) one of the best (or worst) at derailing the conversation so I'm not pointing fingers.
Just wanted to clarify what I meant. No digs at the overworked underpaid staff of mods.
