How the hell is running better for your endurance? when you run you are using your lower body and a little bit of your upper body when moving arms, but swimming takes your entire body?? WTF!?!
please explain the biomechanics behind this

to the poster, your routine seems decent, atleast for now, Its not gonna build much strength, but your endurance should skyrocket doin this, try to do the excercies in a circuit, to make it as anaerobic as possible and then use the the swimming and running for aerobic endurance.
