(ever hold thai pads for a mega kicker for more than 4 rounds? it hurts.)

that's because your arms aren't conditioned enough & you need to spend more time on the pads, people seem to think that holding the pads are easy but you need to put as much work into holding them as you do hitting them...........tense your stomach when the kick hits & breath out and dont drop them inbetween techniques or your arms will get used to dropping whenever they are tired, curl your hands over in the pads like curling around a bar for a stronger grip also.
