I do not believe that any organization of TKD will issue a 5th degree to anyone under the age of 21. In Songahm TKD you must be 21 to test for 4th degree.
In WTF there are junior blackbelts and adults. at 15 you are not eligible to test for an adult rank.
Get real. You do not earn rank from watching power rangers and ninja turtles.
