Heh.... wasnt expecting so much feedback.

Anyways, sounds like heavier weights = better. I guess i will train a "bit" less everyday, but i'll work harder!(Need to for Wrestling.......)

Carter-50 lb. 100-200 times a day , now will cut down to more heavier weights ........ as much as i can fit into one hour.
Thai Bri- thanks for the link
cakegirl- i work out at home, in my garage...thinking about going to a gym (once i get a reply from some employers for a job....)
Derk- Are you 14 years old too?
adacas- i dont know why there are soo many 14 year olds..... well... i found this forum when i was looking for some advice on martial arts, maybe they found it the same way. Heh...i can also run a few miles without gasping for air... i guess that is o.k. cardio for now. So....a standard rep is 12 times right?

Thank you all~ Got to go take my PSAT test heh...
