It takes a lot of time.... you also have to prepare your body if you want to do some serious business and avoid major health problems.....

Yes. This is not only true with CMAs, also malaysian-indonesian-filipino arts.
You can't learn serious things by going to 2-3 classes a week..... it is an important time commitment and even then won't imply that you will get anything if you don't become an indoor student.
There is a huge difference in what indoor and outdoor students learn....
