mate all you can do is literally kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick and kick............
.......... and then after that do some more kicking, nah seriously though you need to kick a heavy leather bag constantly for about 3 months to notice a change, you are aiming to kill the nerves, and form calis on your shin bones, avoid hitting with hard objects just kick. Do reps after and before training, 100 on each leg, hard, you dont really need to whip them out fast just plant them in hard and if your shins bruise just keep kicking an dtry to ignore the pain.
Thats all there is to it, just kick.
