Allow me to reiterate, you need to catch up on your reading. The Internet is 'free' inasmuch as the government doesn't heavily regulate it.
Defend.net is not 'free'. It is the private property of Tim Mousel. The First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads thusly:
Quote:
|
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Where in that Amendment does it say that someone who owns private property has to let someone else do/speak as they please??
Kevin,
You may have some good info to share. You seem to know a lot about Judo. If you have served in the armed forces then I, as a fellow veteran, son of a veteran, nephew of a veteran, cousin of several veterans, and in-law to three Marines salute you.
However, simply because you served, and assisted in preserving the rights of all Americans
does not give you carte blanche to act however you see fit while participating in this forum.
If you don't like my response feel free to take it up with the owner. He has the final say on ALL activities of this forum.
Until he sees fit to act, as his duly appointed proxy, in league with the other moderators, I will do my best to keep things going smoothly and keep a lid on the idiocy.
This not only applies to you, but to each and every forum member, including and ESPECIALLY myself.
If this doesn't address your concerns email me once again and I'll be happy to discuss it over email.
You seem to be a reasonable guy, but your actions in the past have worked against you.
Spanky
