oops my mistake confused snapping with bending because a snapkick is made with the knee bending and stretching

Did you know that most Ma use ( well are supposed to) this snapaction of the hip?
Yoseikan budo is for a big extent build around it
the same motion can be found in a heelkick as in a uchi mata throw from judo ( man how do I remember this stuff from one seminar 15 years ago)
I think BL used it in his 1 and 3 inch powerpunch
It is universal but a lot of MA's have watered down, because people weren't subtle enough to even see the snap action

e.g. in traditional forms tournaments the style that still use the fast and subtle hip movements do not score the one with large one way movements ( no snap) do score
