That is a good point. However, music helps to increase motivation for many people. I am sure that it doesn't help for EVERYBODY, and some people prefer to train in silence. But music has helped me to increase my aggression and pump me up when I do my muay thai rounds. I don't keep a "rhythm" to the music, but certain songs really get me in the mood to train hard. I really like Prodigy and Linkin Park.
