I have listened to music when doing rep exercise training, like circuit or bag work... I find that William orbit is good for a cool down or just maintaining my wavering concentration when I'm on what feels like that millions (20th ) pushup.

I also found that the matrix soundtrack is great fore getting pumped before a fight...
