I refuse to respond to your posts until you actually step into the realm of reality. Attempting anything complicated lessens your chances of successfully doing what you want to do. A 'triple strike' will fall under this category.
And 'caving in someone's rib cage'? Give me a f*ckin break. You can't do that with a shovel hook that you take all day to load up and you expect to do it with a crappy palm strike while your body is committed to ten other movements? Have you ever hit anybody before, or does your expertise come from reading martial arts stories?
At best, you can hope to chip a floating rib, but even that is unlikely unless you are hitting with a very powerful shot--a weak palm heel won't do it.
