this is supposed to be the goal of martial artists to be able to control this if any of you have studied karate the principal is break whatever is attacking you ( arm ,leg) and then retaliate by killing or noking the opponent unconscious ...pretty simple (unfortunately i feel someone will tell me im wrong about this)
same goes for many styles that where designed for war to kill/disable an opponent (i always thought breaking bones was a good way to kill/disable you?)
so you have someone with skills from any kind of ma training with mental focus....if that little woman could lift a car do you think she couldnt break bones......
