Any experienced MA ist knows that there are fighters from every style that are good at what they do. When it comes to style vs. style competition like the famous Muay Thai vs. Sanda or Sanda vs. boxing, its merely an exhibition to showcase style differences.
San da fighters are known for their deceptive sidekicks and slamming throws. Against muay thai fighters they either win by points or incapacitating the opponent by slamming him into the mat.
Muay thai fighers are known for their exceptionally hard kicks, knees and elbows. When they win against San da fighters, its by KO.
I've got major respect for muay thai and san da.

San Da is still developing, but it's effective. They're bringing KO's out of the woodworks in the Thailand v China (that's what it really is) matches. In the last meet China won 3 to Thai's 2. One Thai was KO'd and sent to the hospital. San Da is more than capable of supplying KO's too; not just points. But yeah, MT is known for it's KO's, noone can deny that.
