Posted 12-10-2006 at 12:20 PM by blue_rage (blue_rage's Journal)

My mom was working all week tryin to raise four kids and an abusive drunk she was never there cause if she was to be we'd end up broke in a town where cops steal the welfare checks. I was fighting with my biological father at home fighting with rival...

Back at defend.net and I'm STILL the alien clones game reigning champion. living back at home, broke up with the girlfriend. Got a new one. Just as crazy. Quit my job. Sweet. Got to spar with a TKD black belt who runs his own martial arts school. Dropped him with a slip in and belly to back throw with a...

Comparison

Posted 02-14-2006 at 11:05 PM by Tom Yum

My workouts have completely changed.

In 2005, I was doing some light and intense fight conditioning, but I could never spar more than 4 rounds. Going into the 5th round, I'd get chased or punished. My endurance needed a boost.

The routine that I am doing is now lead and based off of Navy SEAL pt. These men have to be able to draw strength when they are worked, worked and worked so I figured this would be perfect.

Check the Tactical & Military section...
