Another day another dollar.

Woke up. Forgot to go to parkland and get the 400 dollar bill taken away. Got Taco Bell, went to work, came home, took out the trash and took back the already late DVD and game to Family Video. Now here I am, girlfriend already asleep on the couch, she yelled at me when i tried to wake her up to go sleep in the bed, oh well. I'm going to go outside to smoke a cigarette and then go to sleep.

What kind of work can i do at home to help my boxing skills until my dad quits dragging his feet and gets me into a gym? boxing my friends and mirrors is getting kind of old

Help Me!

Hey i just signed up for this network and im looking for any advice for a beginner. How do i find my style? I'm 6' and weigh 145. I basement box and usually end up boxing bigger guys cuz none of my equal sized friends will box me anymore. I'm quick with my head and have good footwork. I also have a right hook that took a 6'4" 220 llb down. can anyone help me?

Well, I signed up for this forum today. Hopefully I will be able to find some training centers or clubs for MMA around my area. There hasn't been much luck on my own. Okay, keep you updated...

MAYBE YOUR EATING TOO LATE !

In regards to the guy who still stays at 200 lbs., maybe you need to stop eating so late ?
Eat more carbs and less protein !
Drink more water !
