Default footwork drills

I think I have my punches down well enough for now but I really need to do something about my footwork. Any good drills to help?

foot work is hard to get right, but it really helps in the ring. the thing im having big problems with is head movement. i dont know any ways to train it exept for sparring, but i loose because i cant move my head fast enough.
also, are you supposed to hit someones nose while you spar?
because i did yesterday and i couldent tell if the guy was mad or not
