I'm not sure which is better, and that might be a personal preference, but I would suggest the "best" type of hand wraps are the ones that are most comfortable for you and that you will use on a regular basis.

Personnaly i use 150inch RingSide HandWrap + Medical White Tape For the Wrist.

for training (Bag, mit work) I use Title boxing mexican wraps.
they are stretchy.
for sparring I use gauze and tape.
