Need help finding a punching

body form. My husband saw this body form at someone's house and I don't know where to find it. maybe someone can help me. He said you can use it just like a punching bag. It stands up right on it's own and I stumped on where to find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Workoutwife, I think its called a hitman or hit dummie?? Its made of hardened latex I think and has the shape of a human torso and head with adjustable height.

Check out the ads in blackbelt magazine off of your local news stand. Better yet, ask if anyone here who has a used one that they'll sell to you.

Workoutwife, I think what your husband saw was the Body Opponent Bag (BOB). BOB is a version of the Wavemaster freestanding bag by Century Martial Arts. Shop around though BOB is pricey.
