http://www.sanshou.net/police/bibuqinna.htm
You'll need a Chinese character reader to follow; Japanese readers should be able to follow as well. Qinna (chin-nah) means "grab and seize." The PRC police train rigorously in qinna and have used it successfully. The more and more I see pictures of the style, it looks like a compilation of free style wrestling, techniques from the shredder and jujitsu. Does anyone here have experience with qinna techniques from different gong fu styles training?
