That fight will end up as "fight of the year." Pacquiao had it won after the 3 knockdowns in the first round - Marquez would have had to KO him to win, even though he won the middle rounds. It's all about the money = PPV and re-match! That's where boxing is these days! BAD-@$$ MF fight!

It is obvious that one of the judges who made the 10-7 score in the first round is a crazy old bastard. The score should be 10-6 which should have made pacquiao won. Because it was clear that the score should be 10-6 not 10-7 because marquez fell three times. The promoter is an asshole too.

Yea. That **** Bob Arum. He bribed everyone. He let Pacquiao fought Marquez because he knows Erik Morales has no power over Pacquiao. Why? Becuase he fights like Barrera. Marquez is a counter puncher which is very effective and a very good shit. And one more thing why Pacman didnt won the fight - he injured his wrist in the first round and started to hurt him on the second round. He also got blisters in his foot which is the reason why he got hit many times because he cant move too much. But Im still looking up to Pacman. Ive read a newspaper stating Muhammad Ali said that Pacman was his smaller version. "Small Ali". Thats a big thing. For me, hes still the winner.

(((Too long eh?)))

There wont be a rematch....

Marquez: “No rematch”

World Boxing Association and International Boxing Federation featherweight champ Juan Manuel Marquez has lined up other plans in his career. A rematch with Manny Pacquiao isn’t one of them.

Marquez, in an interview with ESPN Deportes, also revealed that he will rest for more than a month after his bout with Pacquiao, and will return to the Romanza Gym for a possible defense of his IBF crown against mandatory challenger Orlando Salido.

'I raised myself from three knockdowns and went on to dominate the fight. I feel I won the fight, thats why I am not giving any rematch' Marquez told some members of the Mexican media.

"The people enjoyed a great fight, I did not expect those knockdowns in the first round but my great physical preparation moved me ahead Many boxers dont raise themselves from three knockdowns, Marquez bragged.

When told that Pacquiao’s trainer Freddie Roach has advised his ward to go after WBC featherweight champ Injin Chi next, Marquez declared: “"My idea is that Pacquiao should gain a world title that is prestigious and I would return to face him in a unification fight already. Otherwise I am the unique one that risks, while he does not put anything in play.”

Yesterday, reports coming out of Manila revealed that Roach has asked Pacquiao to get a much-deserved rest, after which he can then start going after Korean Chi, who holds the WBC featherweight title.

A bout with Chi is not difficult to make, considering that Chi’s promoter Kusung Lee enjoys a good working relationship with WBC founding secretary general Rudy Salud, who was responsible in asking WBC president Jose Sulaiman that Pacquiao be included in the WBC’s roster

If pacquiao won the fight he could be one of the boxers who ever achieved many titles in a year.

About Marquez, who wants to fight someone who can beat the hell out of you, right? It is all politics. That Bob Arun is a bastard that deserve a fight in the ring I know a lot of people that would be happy to kick his ass hahaha.

This is not the first time that happened to a Filipino, Onyok Velasco another filipino deserved the same case in the olympics. He could have the gold rather than the silver.
