for the best possible workout music for boxing or weights, check out
Kruder & Dorfmeister, I would say try the "K&D Sessions" double cd to start with. Peter Kruder and Richard Dorfmeister are just about the best and most sophisticated remixers in the dance/electronica genre and provide incredible sounds and rhythm for any serious workout situation. It gets quite complex with these guys for some reason as there are a number of bands they both seem to have set up in addition to their remixing, one is called the Peace Orchestra and another is called Tosca, all sound great and should go down well with people of mixed tastes on the whole. |

The Soundtrack to Rocky 4 is in my opinion essential to any boxer, a must-have!!! On my MP3 player i also have some old DMX, Tupac, Bone Thugs n' Harmony, & G Unit. I have a huge library on my computer and mix them up on my player every few days but Rocky is always there for the extra motivation.

music is always a great way to help training. i came up with the idea a couple of months back to create a cd with tracks lasting 3 minutes and 1 minute as a way of timing my training because the proper timers you get that do this cost a lot, it really halps but its gud to listen well to the music before you decide that is what you want to use because it has to be music that you find motivating.
