I jsut started boxing, and im confused, im right handed... but when i attempt shadowboxing i feel sooooo much more comfortable in southpaw. Is this becuase im right handed and my power hand is better at jabbing or becuase some people are just.....southpaw.
Also what other stances are there and how do i like coordinate my left hand. O yeah and this doesnt pertain to my topic but i dont wanna make another thread. Stylewise how do i train differently, if i want to Fight With speed I.E ( Roy Jones Jr., Ali) As opposed to With power I.e (Tyson, idk other sluggers). Not saying ill be that good but how do i alter my training. |
