![]() | Also what other stances are there and how do i like coordinate my left hand. O yeah and this doesnt pertain to my topic but i dont wanna make another thread. Stylewise how do i train differently, if i want to Fight With speed I.E ( Roy Jones Jr., Ali) As opposed to With power I.e (Tyson, idk other sluggers). Not saying ill be that good but how do i alter my training. |

![]() | thanks for the info. Although i really didnt get into Boxing for the competing or interest of getting into pro's or anything. I kinda just wanna learn to fight and i love the conditioning. But i am definitly waiting until i am good enough to sparr. |
