i am pretty sure mantis and eagle boxing are just english names given to different forms of kung fu and arhat boxing is also a chinese art that incorperates foot techniques. i havent heard of foot flicking poxing though. maybe it is something an ignorant westerner made up to describe asain martial arts

Western Boxing and Kickboxing are relative newcomers to boxing. Boxing started out a long time ago, possibly in India, and has moved from culture to culture changing along the way. Kung Fu IS Chinese boxing.
