Easy Nose bleeds

yeah so today i had my first mini sparring session.

just tagging to the face, but using a little power to the body.

It was pretty sweet... except i got like tapped in the nose scqaure and it started bleeding. no big deal right just stuff some stuff up there and keep going. Well i got hit there again cause im unexperienced, and it started coming out the other nostril. Repeat the stuffing thiing. One more time, and like it just started coming oiut lol there was nothing i could do. So i sat out 5 min untill it stopped, and went at it again, just my partner had to not hit me in the nose.

Which sucked if this happens every practice im gonna be pissed. I think its due to the fact that i have a deviated septum. (I.E the cartilage in my nose is crooked).

Anyone know any ideas besides my dumb ass keeping my hands up lol.

You're screwed.

I've had my nose busted so many times that it just starts of its own accord at random moments. During my highly competitive days, I used to employ some pressure point stuff to shorten the duration of the bleed, plus ice, plus some immediate pressure on the spot that's bleeding will usually shut off the faucet pretty quickly.
