can somone explain speed, I see guys bigger than me who are faster why is this, is there ways to train speed ways or teniques to make yourself punch faster?

Practice will increase speed, Strength will increase speed.
Genetics also will play a factor but alot of that you can overcome. Don't worry too much, just keep practicing. Something else is that often you over estimate others speed and underestimate your own. If you are having trouble connecting, it may not be your speed, but maybe you are telegraphing to your opponenet.

no im not underweight and i do hit with my punches, maybe i am underestimating my speed wonder what it would be like to take a punch from myself.thank though for those who responded
