![]() | 47-6-0 amateur record. (western boxing). Not counting smokers and non-sanctioned matches in boxing and kickboxing. Probably closer to 150 fights, if you counted them all. The hard way IS the only way...there are no shortcuts to the top.

As I stated in the article, I am not trying to discredit or disrespect any martial arts, just making a sincere effort to place boxing in its rightful place as a legitimate fighting system. You are right on about drilling the basics and never neglecting conditioning, it should be a lesson that ALL martial artists learn and follow.
