![]() | Punjabi, Just keep sparring everyday as long as you are not hurting. That's really the only way to learn defense, accurately hitting your target, stamina, etc etc. All these things such as speed bags, double ended bags, heavy bags, running, pad work, light sparring, etc etc mildly prepare you for real sparring, but at the end of the day 90% of the value comes from regular sparring. |
