I put some of Ross's ideas to work, especially the punchout drills and plyos.
When I got back into the gym, alot of guys were noticing that I was hitting harder. I love those 20 second punchout drills; I'd hit the bag for 20 seconds non-stop with either 1,2,1,2 or 3,2,3,2 (hook-cross) and circle the bag for 10 seconds firing jabs on and off and repeat.
