I was working the speedbag, and I got tennis elbow. This ever happen to any of you? Is there a stretch I can do? Can I still work out and let it work itself out, or does it need rest? Any help is much appreciated.

Acupuncture helped mine with the pain , but I have a pretty severe case (lateral and some medial epicondalytis) so it came back with a vengence, do a google search there is some info on it. Basically you need to avoid the activity that initiated it. Then give it some time off, and when its ready, ease into some rehab exercises. Once again I wont get specific cause I aint no doctor, do A little diggin on tha intranet.
