    Conditioning from Ross

Ross seems to come up with some great low cost body weight excercises that blast the whole body.

    Ross Training Camp or Seminar?

Is Ross planning on doing any training camps or seminars in the near future? Does he have anyone training under him?

Very cool. That last one was a little bit funny to watch. I wouldn't laugh, though.

That's impressive... I'm going to have to try some of those out. Well, at least the ones I can actually do anyway

I don't know, ddrive. He's talked about training camps but I don't know if he's put one together. I'm sure it would be very intense and educational.

Very impressive, I do have one critiscism though.

On his pullups, although he was clapping, it didnt seem like he was pulling himself all the way up, and he certainly wasnt going near full extension on the downside.

Unless he was trying to work the plyometric aspects of chinups (keeping your muscles tight and only going halfway down) then that was poor form. When you only go halfway down, not only do you work half the muscles as your not getting the full ROM, your also using the elastic force to shoot yourself back up when you only come halfway down.

Dont get me wrong, very impressive, and im sure he can do more dead hang pullups/chinups than me, but I wouldnt do the half chinups/pullups like he was doing.

The jumping over the bag seems easy but its actually kinda hard/wierd to do. The long jumps over the mat I would like to try, as well as the resistance running he was doing. I'm not even gonna try that one legged squat variation.
