Boxing 2 years and you lift? Whats your lift schedule look like? You can tweak it a lot to get a lot more power. If you have been boxing, you do heavy bag and all that so hm. Id say eat more, get a more power and strength workout schedule. Theres no miracle to get a lot of good strength except weights and heavy bag. Dont get sucked into doing a ton of push ups, thatll give you endurance but for raw power, weights .

bagwork is all u can really do to increase your punching power. more and more bagwork, all the while trying to hit harder and harder. you also need to pay special attention to technique, make sure you are really putting the power of your hip rotation into your punches, utilizing your whole body for maximum power. that, combined with your knuckles and wrists getting stronger and harder will make for powerful punches.

speed is an essential part of power remember that this must be developed and not disregarded to increase power, speed+strength=power!! dont just go for brute strength and start trying to force punches and forget speed and technique!! u wont gain any power! u might feel like ur hitting harder but it reality your number of knockouts will hit the downwards slope!!

heavy weights few reps in quick bursts along with shadow boxing and getting ur technique fluid and FASTwill develope u that explosive power!!
