Check the above link for gyms close to you. Boxing gyms are typically not that expensive compared to MA schools. However, unless you are planning on fighting in the circuit, it can become very difficult to get a coach that will spend time with you to build a foundation. PAL's usually have an age limit as they are geared to work with troubled teen quite often. |

Actually most PALs don't have an age limit, I have ministered in 4 states and worked out at 6 different PAL gyms, all where free and I was in my 20's - 30's at the time, look up the PAL on google, there should be one in queens NYC is sick with them!
