    help please

umm yea this is my first thread and im probley going to be makeing alot of posts asking for advice
but just to tell a little about myself is i just turned 16 im into MMA and i was before TUF and i also like boxing and the only classes iv ever taken are for TKD
    when i was younger

but the help is for starting a routine for boxing just a little one i dont think im going to join any school anytime soon cuz i like working bymyself im shy but i have the sparring down im pretty sure my older bro will spar with me and i just started grappling with him and my dad at the gym and my dads really into jiu-jitsu he takes classes and hes reached the TKD black belt status twice so he will be helping with striking some too (i was suppose to start doing all this a few months back but i broke my collar bone and im working it in right now)

soo yea just need a little help on a boxing routine and dont add in sparring cuz ill have to talk with my brother about that and prepare for some more questions from me lol thanks to all

This is a great thread for training ideas:

However, if you want to learn how to box you absolutely must have a a knowledgable trainer. There's a lot more going on than most people realize and with out proper coaching you're going to miss a lot of important details, and you're going to develop bad habits. You really need to find a good boxing gym to train, not only will you have professional trainers you will also have a stable full of fighters to work with and spar with.
