I'm planning on joining a boxing gym hopefully, and i was wondering if 90 minutes of private sessions is long enough for good training because I think it says that on the site. http://www.cakickboxing.com/ . thats the site. can anyone tell me if this gym ts good, if able to somewhat tell by just seeing the site.
