This is an awesome book, Ned is an entertaining author too, and I love his no b.s., no frills, direct, and practical approach to fighting and Boxing, even though he is biased to boxing. He loves to detract from so called "Hong Kong Phooey" practioners and martial bullsh!tters, but for the most part he also gives them their due respect.
The section on weight training alone is reason to read this book. I have also read his book Championship Streetfighting which is also an entertaining and highly informative read.
