Tyson Clip and video set
I enjoyed watching the focused, aggressive Tyson. Especially pounding the heavybag with those 5+ punch combinations. Watching him train kind of reminds me of what it was like to watch Pumping Iron with Ah-nold; makes you want to jump inot the ring and get to work.

I actually like Tyson. It's just a shame he is such a head case, but I guess that's part of the reason he was so good. He has that killer instinct. Not many fighters could stand up in the same ring as him.

tomyum you pull out some really great clips from youtube, keep doing it, love your posts with the youtube stuff in.
Thats how you punch properly and that is how to hit a punchbag. great stuff
