Default Malignaggi Fight

I had the fight tonight scored Paulie by one going into the last round, and I gave the last round to Ngougjo. I really thought a draw was absolutely fair, and I didn't think any of the rounds were all that difficult to score. Still, the judges had Malignaggi ahead by as much as three rounds. Anyone else think that may have been overly gracious?

Yea I saw the fight but what else is new? Bad decisions happen all the time in boxing. Now take the UFC, almost always a fair decision. Agree?

No. I think UFC refs stop fights far too early far too often.

As for the Malignaggi decision, I don't necessarily think it was "bad," just that the judges may have been giving Paulie more credit than Herman.

Maybe because all the Judges were American and played favortisim; perhaps subliminal.

Yeah, you're probably right. Or they just really favored a boxing style over a more rough and tumble counter-fighter.

Buddy McGirt gave some good advice; Mal was rocked for a while.

Yeah, the adjustment for Herman's right hand was good, but Paulie didn't listen as well as he could/should have.
