Unfortunately it was only on PPV, Amir won by unanimous decision and won each round.

I watched it here in London.

Khan's opponent, Gairy St Clair is a former world champion and fighter of repute, but he came to the fight with the most odd strategy. From the outset, he decided to adopt the peekaboo guard, crouched down with hands held very high, forearms shielding the blows on the high line. Now, I'm guessing his strategy was to hide behind there, wait for Khan to tire, then start to counter.

Just one problem, St Clair is 30 years old and Khan is a 21 year old former Olympian. So Khan never did tire, he never got pulled into a brawl, he just stayed on the back foot and happily boxed the guy to pieces. He won 120-108 120-108 120-108. A perfect points victory.
