be nice to see a little commentary doesnt have to be extensive but the highlights would be cool and everyone can have a little read then. so dont get too fucking pissed. I think joe is going to win this by knock out. not sure when though but i think joe has it. you know what, im really not sure and this is just wishful thinking but i think it will pan out that way still. i dont think hopkins will keep up with joe personally.

Joes gotta finish this in the distance or Hopkins on points, Hopkins will spend 12 rounds spoiling and get the decision, no matter if Calzaghe clearly outpoints him he won't get the win. Look at the history of brits in Vegas, the amercans can bring plastic surgeons out from the crowd to fix cuts and get their fighter the points win, when it's illegal under the rules to bring people outta the crowd to help the corner, and they then have clearly lost the fight on points but the judges see it the americans way, Check out Chacon vs Boza-Edwards in 1983, after getting cut Chacons plastic surgeon leaves his seat in the crowd and stops the bleeding and Chacon wins on points (and ok it was closer than I give credit but without cheating the fight would have been stopped on a cut).
And Hopkins is an excutive with Golden boy and it's a golden boy show/event! Saying that I think it's gonna be a great night and I won't see it till sunday night gotta go work sunday and not staying up to watch it (should have been held over here anyway)JOKE |
