I have made a thread about this in Thai boxing but around here Thai boxing is way too expensive.Is joining a boxing gym worth it? I have a heavy bag and work that everyday, I watch numerous videos on technique and apply it to my heavy bag workout. I wrestle folkstyle for my school. I think I would enjoy going to a boxing gym. The main attraction of going to a boxing gym is boxing other people.
