its good, i dont agree with all of it, times have moved on, i used to read this when i started boxing. its certainly a very useful book and i would recommend it to anyone.
Just get in a boxing gym as well to update on techniques.

Tell me what you guys think of this book. I find it extremely useful, not just for punching. A lot of the weight shifts are useful for kicking, elbow striking and knee striking.
BTW, Bruce Lee changed the way he punched after reading this.

I actually have 2 copies of this book, one hardcover and one softcover. They are a bit pricey now a days.
