![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Klitschko said he wrapped them around his hands and it helped him recover. "Baby wee is good because it's pure, doesn't contain toxins and doesn't smell," the 37-year old boxer told Bild after he won back the WBC title on Saturday. "I wrap nappies filled with my three-year-old son Max's wee around my fists," he said, adding he got the idea from his grandmother. "The nappies hold the liquid and the swelling stays down." Klitschko said Peter should try the diaper trick as well. Boxer soothes fists with son's wet diapers - Yahoo! News ................................................ If he thinks a 3yr old's piss doesn't stink, he's been hit in the head too many times.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | That's a riot dude... Back in the day.> When a native shamen used mushrooms in ceremonies his own liver would filter the harmful toxins from the fungus and his urine was used to induce the psychotropic effects...

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | That actually is an old practice. Urine, vinegar, and other concoctions were used to toughen the fists and other striking surfaces. In theory, its not that different than dit da jow. And baby urine is less prone to have bad stuff in it.

And Tom I was told by a leading Oceanologist that Urine may or may not do anything for a jellyfish sting but it gives your friends something to laugh about. A word of caution about vinegar: Studies suggest that vinegar actually worsens the pain of Portuguese Man of War, bluebottle, and other Physalia stings. These creatures are dangerous look-alikes to jellyfish. Vinegar has been shown to cause nearly 30% of Physalia nematocysts to fire. Which brings us to urine. Urine consists of water and waste products of the body's blood stream, which includes ammonia -- the reason for its legendary use. Depending on the person -- and whether he or she is dehydrated, diabetic, on a protein diet, or dealing with myriad other conditions -- urine may or may not be about as good as fresh water. In fact, urine contains so much fresh water that stranded folks can drink their own urine to survive (don't worry, I'm cringing at the idea, too). Since we know fresh water will often make nematocysts fire, the logical conclusion is that urine will do the same thing. Urine has about a 50/50 track record on the Internet. Many anonymous bloggers sing the praises of this readily available wonder tonic, but research just hasn't supported the claims. Others tell stories of urine not working at all. I've yet to read any supposed first-hand claims that urine made the pain of a jellyfish sting worse.

![]() | Vitali Klitschko used his son's wet diapers to keep his fists from swelling up after winning his WBC heavyweight title bout against Nigeria's Samuel Peter. This article actually shocked me. It was rather short, but strangely interesting.
