Does anyone know how did that trick work were sonny liston makes his oppents go blind for a second or something. He used it and it worked on just able everyone he used it on

No sorry I don't know but when you get the answer can you post it up. I would be very interested to know what he did.

This doesn't make the opponent blind but people used to do it. They used to get cloroform put it on there gloves. And if the opponent got enough of a wiff hed be out cold.

Cheating stinks it ruins the sport of Boxing.

The official record is that the ointment that was applied to Listons cut was somehow transferred to his glove, and from there to Ali...but as per previous fights, this had happened to a number of Listons former opponents but was never brought into such scrutiny as Ali's fight.
