Hi everyone, im interested in starting boxing and my gym doesnt offer a current boxing program however, there is a fit box class with a professional boxer that you can do private or personal sessions with. Would taking these be enough get me the basics and fitness training i should start with or should i go to another gym altogether that offers real boxing instruction. I live in the Toronto area if anyone would like to reccomend anywhere.

I live in manitoba. It all depends on what you want to get out of it. If you just want a workout and to stay fit, take the fitbox. If you want to learn how to box to actually fight or even compete, JOIN A REAL GYM! There will be loads of them in Toronto.
