Tip of the Week delayed

I am sorry about not having the new one out yet. I have been BERY busy this week with work. I AM working on the new one and should be out by Monday hopefully. It will invlove some aspects of and drills for footwork. There was a request for some info on head movement. Rest assured it is coming, however, this stuff I will be posting now comes ahead of that I believe.

Sorry but once again it is behind due to my new schedule. It should be out late tonight, so look for it then or tomorrow.

This is getting quite hilarious.
Last I heard ,working full time raising a son, taking care of a crippled gf and training for competition wasn't lazy.
Do they do things diffferent over there?
They must, because you seem to have a mouth to run, yet with very little of value to say.
