Difference between training gloves, and normal gloves?

Oylimpia Sports has these for sale for $10

They say they are training gloves, but will they be ok for sparring? Or, by training, did they mean sparring.

Those are bag gloves, definitely not for sparring.

They did seem too cheap for a pair of fight gloves.
