Today was my first day with a boxing coach, he worked with me on the 1-2 and he notice i was pushing the puch. I also did 4 rounds of shadow boxing and 3 in the bag and a few minutes of jump rope it was great having a coach.

who is your coach and what kind of credentials does he have. It sounds like he or she knows what he is doing but I was just wondering if they are legit

Having a good coach is always a good thing. You'll progress much faster.

i dont know if he has credentials but if he took my friend to fight over to New york he probably does, he spoted some bad habits in my puch, he said i pushed a bit insted of hitting.
