On Saturday, July 12th, 2003 from 2 to 5pm, One Spirit Martial Arts Center in Herndon, VA is offering an afternoon Boxing Seminar with Tom Zurita of KO Boxing Club of Washington, D.C. and Arlington, VA.

This event is open to the general public. Admission is $10 per person.
