What are some exercises that increase hand speed? I wanna have hand speed like Roy Jones Jr.

Cycle punching, And punch with a weight but dont extend your arm all the way. Try with a 20 and see how it goes.

Its punching till past exhaustion down your center line. Vertical fist one over the other. Make sure you have a proper diet.

Where does the diet come into to this?

Yeah we all need a good balanced diet but what are you talking about.

If you dont have a proper diet to rebuild the muscles that you are using it ill be counter productive.
